During Summer 2025, I had the opportunity to serve as a Public Relations Intern at Autumn Communications in New York City. Autumn Communications is a full-service PR and marketing agency, where I gained hands-on experience supporting client campaigns across multiple industries. Throughout my internship, I conducted brand and competitor research using tools such as Muck Rack and Brandwatch, built targeted media and influencer lists, and assisted with packaging and executing PR mailers. I also collaborated closely with account teams and concluded the internship with a final presentation highlighting key insights, contributions, and learnings from my experience.

This presentation provides an overview of my internship experience, including the brands I worked with, my primary responsibilities, the tools and platforms I used, and a client pitch I developed as part of my final project. Throughout my internship, I contributed to real client work and agency initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in public relations and marketing. Examples and proof of my work are available upon request; however materials and client assets cannot be publicly shared or released online.

For my final internship project at Autumn Communications, my two partners and I developed two original, research-driven campaign concepts for existing clients. Our first campaign reimagined a tanning partnership between Sugar + Bronzed, inspired by the Guava Girl trend, to create a culturally relevant and social-first activation. Our second concept focused on Vita Coco, where we leveraged the growing probiotic drink trend to propose a new product line and integrated partnership with the U.S. Open.
